kale / pomegranate salad

In order to get easily the seeds out of a pomegranate, it is good to roll first the fruit on your kitchen counter and loosen up the content inside of the fruit. After that you can cut the crown and brake the fruit open. 

preparing artichokes

A special way of preparing artichokes can make them easier to eat and shorter to cook.
It is recommended to cook on low temperature under boiling point. The artichokes cook in about 30 minutes.
